Is there a way to add customers that have purchased my items from another site to my Bonanza customer list so they can be included in the marketing campaigns? I wish I could because this would be one way of letting people know about Bonanza. I still feel this site is a well kept secret.

Currently, they would have to be Bonanza users to be added. And, their Bonanza user ID (which, of course, they already have if they purchased/sold on Bonanza) may not necessarily be the same as the one that they user on “another site.”
I include a business card-sized discount card with each sale (eBay or Bonanza) that gives my buyers a discount code on future purchases ON BONANZA . That’s one way I try to convert shoppers to the Bonanza platform.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
