I have 2 booths. One is set up w/the tax rules. THIS booth is set up – I reauthorized PP, hit save. Go to Set Up Tax Rules (which I have done 3 times!) & I keep getting a msg that there is an error. I set this booth up the same way I did my other. It is so frustrating. I’m at the point that the only error I will have is deleting my booths and moving on!

Sorry for the confusion. We had a look at your re-authorization form and see that you did not fill in the “State” field.

Once you enter the state, click the green button to save the change and you will receive a confirmation that the re-authorization is complete.
Sellers can access their re-authorization form at any time until they have completed re-authorization by using the link in the banner at the top of the Selling [URL removed]

Sorry for the confusion. We had a look at your re-authorization form and see that you did not fill in the “State” field.
When you go in to reauthorize..there is button to give PP permission click on that says you are reauthorized…But…you are not finished…
now
Stay on the same screen…..
you have to scroll down and fill in your address (the address you will be shipping from) which in all cases for me had my complete address EXCEPT my state and therefore the reauthorization was NOT complete…once I filled the state of MY address it was complete…
It has to be done for every booth…
Since everything is complete, I cannot go back in to take screen shots…
and you DO NOT have to set up the tax rules for those states that bonz is going to collect taxes for

It took me forever (well, not me really but Paypal) to bring up the information. I’d log in and then it looked like normal with Paypal having no inclination of reauthoring Bonanza.
I had to try this several times a day since the blog came out, finally tonight it worked.
Just keep doing it and eventually it will get reauthorized.
