Asian and other antiques on bonanza
I have been selling Asian and other antiques on eBay with some success. The same items are listed here but no sales in a few years. The items are priced the same. Am I barking up the wrong tree? Is there a different customer base/profile on Bonanza than on eBay? Thank you for your response.

This is an official Bonanza response.

“The items are priced the same”

This is likely one reason. If you are not giving buyers an incentive to shop on Bonanza vs eBay, then you are likely inadvertently driving them to eBay. The buyer sees an item in a search engine (i.e. Google Shopping) and it is listed on “eBay” and “Bonanza” for the same price. They will likely go to eBay first because they recognize the name more than Bonanza, and the price is the same.

You may also want to use our free version of the Background Burner to clean up your images. That way they will “pop” more when a shopper is viewing them on a mobile device. If you have more than 28 items to list, then it also might be a good idea to list more items. More items = more keywords = more drivers of traffic to your booth.

May you have many sales soon :)
