Buyer wants to return

Buyer bought a pair of jeans. I have measurements in photos and stated in description, but she says they don’t fit her right and wants to return. That’s fine, but I offered free shipping with the initial sale. Does she pay return shipping AND my initial shipping? TIA!

If you offered free shipping, you do not get that back., However, You can state in your booth under your terms that to return an item the buyer must pay to ship the item back, but if you have free returns stated in your booth, then you would pay to have it shipped back. So make sure you you have it correctly stated in your booth about your returns.

You offer free shipping so that’s the chance you take- so do we. If she is willing to pay to return be glad.

Thank you!

How you handle shipping and returns is up to you… offer the best customer service you can and state specifically what your return policy is and how you wish to handle things.
