Can anyone help with photos??

Everytime i upload new photos for each item the main photo isnt the photo even when i edit and switch it it still comes up a different photo has anyone else had this problem i am not new here but this is a first

I have been having that problem for about a week now. I just keep moving my main photo to the second slot and back until it sticks as the main photo. It is frustrating.

Thank You to misskeech for sending me over here. I had the issue with my iPad a long time back. Please all who are having the issue send the issue to tech support with a screen shot. Sorry I could not help correct the issue, but the staff in tech support will get to the bottom of it. Best of luck!

There’s not a lot of room to write here, but lastly tech support asked that I process my listing by working in chrome and not Internet Explorer. Please check to make sure your in chrome. If you are & are still having the issue please let tech support know that information as well. Good luck!

Just as a sidenote, I use a desktop computer, have never used Chrome, rarely use Internet Explorer…I use Firefox

What device are you using? I know another seller here that had this problem here not too long ago, I believe she was on an Ipad. ill ask her if this is the problem she had, if it is, i’ll have her come over and comment.

Thank you misskeech. I reported my past issue to tech support and I was asked what browser I was working with which I left Internet Explorer and switched to chrome. If the issue continued to send a screenshot of the issue to tech support. Thank you for having me stop by to help.

I have had the same issue for some time here. I do the same thing abigdogmom does with going back in edit mode and moving photos until I get the one I want as main photo. I am using an HP laptop with Microsoft Edge. Lately I have just been listing items here that only need 1 photo otherwise too time consuming.
