Can't activate my booth

Hi everyone. I keep getting an error message when I try to activate my booth. (Whoops. There was an error. Your email has already been taken.)
Anyone else have this problem? I contacted support and they said they’ll get back to me within 12 hours.

Welcome deltadawn,

Please check your email both your inbox and junk to see if there is an email from Bonanza to activate your booth.
Support will get back with you. The first letter is to let you know your in their system and one of their staff members will assist you soon and you will hear from them sooner as that is just a time frame. The staff is wonderful and they will answer your email.
Please note once you have uploaded your inventory don’t be surprised if your items don’t populate right away there are channels your items will have to filter through. Alot of new sellers become worried and want to know why they only see x-amount of items. Please have patience. Hope this helps.
