Can't get messages from customers?

Hello,
I keep getting emails from potential customers claiming that they can’t reach me through Bonanza’s mailing system. With that said, I don’t have any message that was sent to me from them. It seems I can only get messages from users who placed an order. Someone else encountered this problem?
Maybe someone can send me a message to check if it works?
Thank you.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi Dreamland_Jewelry,

Thanks for writing to us. We see that your account is getting messages. It’s very possible that this issue could be because the buyer does not have an activated account. Without this activation, their message on Bonanza will not fully go through.

I hope I have not gotten messages from potential customers who are not members that were not received. Could you all work this out. Thank you.

I just tried to create an account and send a message after I activated the account and I indeed did not receive any mail! also, unexpectedly, the message is not appearing in the “sent”

Can people not shop as guests on Bonanza? I’m with you, EmpressDepot.
