Changing of email payment a/c and buyers doesn't respond messages

I assume that after updating my Booth , all bay changes will be updated to Bonanza at the same time. It is definitely not. then I got 3 pending transactions to which payment all went to my old email payment a/c (closed). I sent messages to buyers asking them to cancel the transactions with paypal and ask/wish them to buy again. But non of them response. If in ebay, we can locate buyer’s email address but Bonanza none.
In my working experience with Bonanza, buyers not aware Bonanza messages and assume that all about their messages are advertisement. Same as ebay. But in ebay, I can locate buyer’s personal email address and write to them for purpose. All of them replied/respond quickly. That’s the point.
I have sent 2 messages to Bonanza asking for help, still awaiting reply.
If still no reply from these 3 buyers, I will ask the support to contact buyers directly or ask buyer’s email address ???

1. When you send a Bonanza message, it is also sent to the user’ regular email address.
2. Your PayPal settings are not synchronized between eBay and Bonanza. If you sell on eBay, your payment goes to PP Account you entered into your eBay seller settings. The same is true of Bonanza. Change your PP address in your Bonanza seller account.
3. Bonanza Support will typically get back to you within 24- 48 hours (but not necessarily including weekends).

Thanks for your information. I understand Bonanza message will also sent to buyer email address. As a buyer, they always neglected the Bonanza/ebay messages which they assumed the email is advertisement. But as a seller, we must read all Bonanza/ebay messages. see if there is a sale coming.
I have now updated my payment email a/c in seller setting. But these 3 pendings are waiting for Bonanza support help. Hope they will solve my problem on Monday.
