How can I change “Free via Unspecified shipping type to United States” to “Free via ePacket to the United States?” Any help is appreciated. Thank you for your time.

If You choose “Free & flat rate” shipping in the US, You can add the method only from this [URL removed]

Since there is no ePacket there, You would need to keep “Free via Unspecified shipping type to United States” and add the correct shipping info to the description.
If You don’t like this incorrect “Unspecified…” term, You can choose “Details are in the item description” option and add details to Your listing ([URL removed] “Shoppers can find detailed shipping information in this item’s description. Be sure to clearly identify your shipping information—don’t make a buyer have to find it in the fine print.”).
You can try to suggest the actual shipping method You use on the feedback [URL removed]

I hope You will be heard…
I have a similar problem (international shipping) and, unfortunately, I still have to use this “unspecified” (!?) [URL removed]
[URL removed] (I shared it on Feb 07, 2015).
To tell You the truth, I really like all helpful sellers’ tools Bonanza offers to us, so I’m a little bit surprised that they don’t add this one more feature to shipping methods – I believe it would be very convenient not only for international sellers, if we could have just one more choice on the [URL removed] editable “Other” method, where we could add our national or any suitable courier (on some marketplaces I can simply add the ‘Hellenic Post’ or ‘Polish Post’).
And You could add ‘ePacket’…

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
