I offer combined shipping in my discriptions.
I checked the box “Combine the weight … when calculating shipping costs.” which is closest to what i actually do.
But Bonanza contradicts me at the bottom of my listings with “No combined shipping offered”
This worrys me.
I do combined shipping, but not as a “promotion”, come-on, or gimmick.
I do not give a % off, or $ off.
I charge only what the post office charges me – because it’s the right thing to do.
For [URL removed] Last week, over at feebay, a customer paid me $80 shipping on a 15 item order. Actual shipping was only $14. I refunded $66 without being asked for it. This week. that same customer placed a second large order, confident in my fairness.
I worry that if Bonanza contridicts my combined shipping policy like this, a big spender might hesitate to risk a big order.
How do i prevent the “No combined shipping offered” label, without signing-up for an unrealistic % off “promo”?

Check, please, what we’ve written about it [URL removed]
[URL removed]
I’ve already placed a feedback with this [URL removed]
“When Sellers don’t offer “Item price discount”, but offer “Combined shipping discounts”, on their booth details automatically appears only this [URL removed] “Combined item [URL removed] None set”.
I’s partly correct, but gives new Buyers the wrong idea, that they don’t have any discount at all.
If at least one of the three options of “Combined shipping discounts” is [URL removed]
- Orders totaling more than $… will receive… free shipping.
- Combine the weight of items from the same order together when calculating shipping costs.
- Offer a discount for each item after the first when calculating shipping costs.
we would appreciate, if we could have in our booth details page this [URL removed]
“Combined shipping [URL removed] Set"
“Combined item [URL removed] None set”
Thank you."
It’s still awaiting moderator approval, so, when and [URL removed] it will be online for voting, I will let you know.
And I understand, that you need even more options.

As ArtistsUnion says…combined item discount and combined shipping discount are 2 different things..
However, you know that little box that says “Items Ship within” xx business days.. under
Edit Booth Options
Shipping and Discounts..
Write what you would like it to say and add paste it in the [URL removed]
Combined shipping offered multi-item purchases. Items ships within xx business days.
or something similar
This will show in you booth right next to the Item Discounts
If you look at my booth you will see that I have quite a bit of information in that box

BUMP
Because the problem isn’t fixed.
Thanks for your suggestions folks, but…
I have posted everywhere i can, that i Combine Shipping.
But Bonanza, my landlord, an authority figure,
falsely states that i don’t.
This is bad for business.
Does Bonanza not understand the difference between a one-size-fits-some “discount” and actually combineing the shipping?
Do you think a promo named “combined shipping” is in any way superior to actually doing it?
Is Bonanza trying to manipulate us, or run our businesses, the way Feebay does?
