Does bonanza charge final value fee on shipping?

I just made a sale and I was charged the 19% advertising fee on the shipping. Is Bonanza charging a fee on shipping cost now?

You are not charged for the first $10 of shipping, all shipping costs above $10 is included in final value fee…has been this way since the beginning

If you look at the statement for your fees you will see this across the top
Sold On Offer ID…. Offer Items… Total Price… Final Offer Value… Fee Rate… Total Fee

The Final Offer Value is the cost minus up to $10 of the shipping. If shipping is less than $10, then is is just the cost of the item.

However, all items listed without shipping costs (free shipping) are charged on Total Price since there is no separate shipping costs associated with the listing

Thank you for your quick response ccmom. I guess I do not understand why the freight should be charged at the google advertising fee instead of Bonanza/s fvf. I have my google advertising at 19% and I was charged 19% on the freight as this was a international sale. Guess I learned something new. Again, thank you so much!

I got slammed on fvf before on international sales also…my other booth (on vacation now) used to send rather large items to Australia which would cost close to $200 in shipping…
