I sold product on Bonanza and used their labels(stamps.com) on this website as I am NOT a member of stamps.com. They will not process the claim. Bonanza has no where to file a claim. USPS will not file because they do not show the insurance I paid on the package. It was shipped and came back to me. We took it back to the Post Office but they do not scan International. Not it is in la la land??? It should be Bonanza to file the claim on my behalf just like ETSY and Ebay. How do I get my money refunded as my buyer is also out the product. HELP!
