Google advertising

With 9% advertising packet i don’t see any Google traffic on my shop. Checking the advertising setup i see that my items are in two channels Bonanza and Google. All my items have UPC codes. So far i haven’t seen a single impression coming from Google. If that “Advertising” option doesn’t work , there is no reason to add that extra cost.

To have your items be seen at all, you MUST at least do the 9 pct that gets you into Google, else it is just being found by Bonanza users (which is the 3.5 pct sell fee). We are getting into the Summer period where peeps are doing outside things and not hanging out shopping here. It takesTme here

the 9% is the final value fee IF your item sells from an ad click in google shopping,,,

Your items appear to be drop ship items

I checked this item in google shopping of yours

https://www.bonanza.com/listings/Lemfo-LEM9-Smart-Watch-Android-7-1-1-39-inch-Screen-600Mah-Battery-8MP-Cam-Blue/720756407

There were 15 listings showing the exact same photo (item) 8 of those listings had the price lower than the $184.00 you are asking.

And that was just on the first page…2nd page had 10 more listings in which one listing lead to another seller on bonanza with the similar items
3rd page similar results (8 listings) and a link to another bonanza seller’s booth with the same item..and so on..I did not check the other 10 pages of listings in google shopping..most don’t go past the first couple anyway..and to appear in the first few pages, depends on length of established store (reputation), ratings, and a whole lot of other things.

There is quite a bit of competition for that particular listing and for drop shipping sellers in general, because they all have the exact same item, photo, and description

I imagine that if I check more items in your booth I would get several listings from the same sellers for the same items…

Your items are being seen by anyone using google shopping, but there are so many others with the exact same listings…

And oceanheart I see this item in google shopping

925 Sterling Silver 2.10Ct Round Cut Green Diamond Wedding Anniversary Band

Your bonanza listing is first in google shopping (great) for $140.00 and an etsy listing is 3rd for $99.00

Which do you think will get the most clicks??

You do need to keep tabs in google shopping to see what others have and for how much..to stay competitive

Excellent advice CindyBear!

what i am doing is share my listing/ item on my facebook page and that is the only way/source of views on my booth item.

that is great as that strenghtens your google standing..the more active links leading to a listing, helps with getting items seen…
