I want to check on a buyer who keeps asking the same question. They could become a problem. Thanks.

Blocking a buyer is pretty easy to do if you prefer to not sell to the individual.
Under Selling >> Booth Settings >> Payments and Purchases
Go down [URL removed] Buyer Restriction and it’s the 5th item
Check the box Ignore purchases from these users
Start typing the name of the userID you would like to block. When you start to type the name in the box it will begin to automatically fill in the userID. Click on the ID that is in the box to save it. It will not take it if you type it in.
Click on the big green Save all of my changes button.

It could be just me but I wouldn’t mind any questions. Just copy & paste the answers, and bingo. If they go ahead with the purchase, I am just as happy. Nowadays no one reads descriptions, folks find it much easier to ask. Go figure

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
