How do i cancel an order at buyers request?

I read the forum on how to cancel but that’s not helpful at all. I need help please in canceling the order. Buyer doesn’t want to pay what the item sold for.

Maybe the problem is that it’s a very recent sale? How many days have passed from this order placement?

If it’s less than 7 days, then You don’t have (yet), on this particular order record, the “Mark as Unpaid” link (check under the transaction summary).
It will appear after 1 week and then You can proceed.

Exactly what is the problem? The instructions given in the help section as per link above, seem pretty straightforward and self-explanatory…

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
