As a buyer, there are several items in my wish list that I’ve already bought (maybe on another site) and they still show up on my wish list. Is there a way to edit my wish list?

To remove an item from your Wishlist, Go to your Wishlist page and hover over the item you want to remove then in the upper right corner click the “X”, this will remove the item.

The only way I know is from the listing itself…
Click on the Wish link again and it will remove it…
You may try going to your invoice and click on the item and then the wishlist link to see if it will remove from your list. Otherwise click on Wish list item before purchase in the future
