Hi. I have over 10 items that I want to add to my booth. I keep getting prompted to add them when I log into the selling dashboard. But, when i click on Import, I get an error message that says I need to verify my customer service phone number. Where does one add a customer service number (I think I’ve already done that,)? And how does one verify it? That’s my real concern. How did my other 28 listings make it to the booth with out my customer service number being verified. I’ve sent two emails to Bonanza — and I keep getting a message back that says they’re looking into it. Help!

If there is no “Verified phone number(s)”, add it there.
Even if You have one telephone number, add it once more with a local or country prefix – use the Add a new verified phone link, which will lead You to the secondary verification page and this way the error message should [URL removed]

(I’ve done it this way, using a country number – once with 00 and the second with +)
If none of this works, wait for B. response.
