Hello
I want ask..my question is I sold item on bonanza
I sent it with tracking number
I see in PayPal that the amount of item been pending
How long time it need till available ?

For future, NEVER send an item out until the funds have cleared into your account.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Go to Paypal and claim the funds. The funds are in a pending status most likely due to the currency settings in the Paypal account. If the funds are correct, just claim the payment at Paypal. The funds will then move from pending to completed and the order will appear correctly in your Bonanza account.

it would also be a good idea to go into paypal and and check your currency settings..

I do not know your location, but if in US…I have mine set that the buyer is responsible for converting currency to USD before purchase. This means that I do not have to pay the currency conversion fee…

Unless you wish to keep small amounts of foreign currency in your account to buy from international sellers…
