How to accept an offer

I gave an offer to a buyer which they approved but now i cant accept the offer because it says they have a different destination (i ship world wide and they are in the us) pls help

Sorry to hear about the troubles @CharmingPeaces. At this time, your customer needs to log into their Bonanza account and accept the offer. Once they do this, they’ll be able to complete the checkout process. The warning you’re seeing is a message from us just letting you know that their shipping address is in a different country.
