Hi
I am resident in the UK and am trying to list new items on Bonanza UK but when I get to the shipping section the only option I can seem to get is shipping from within US. Can anyone tell me how to change my shipping settings to allow me to input the correct shipping information, i.e, I will be shipping via first class Royal Mail. Many Thanks!

Hopefully someone who is outside the US and lists will come along to answer your questions..however, out of curiousity are you listing on the US site or the UK site ( [URL removed] ). I am not sure if there would be a difference if you try listing through the UK links.
Like I said, I do not know the difference in listing from another location, but for [URL removed]
I would go to
Update Items As Group
Click on Shipping
Click on Clear International Shipping Prices (or click on Clear Domestic Shipping)
I would then Click on Add international shipping service.
Once you do this, a section opens [URL removed]
Click on Add Flat Rate
Add the rates by areas…since you do not use Calc by USPS you will have to use Flat Rates (unless, from your point of view in UK, it is a different option)
Then select all items and click on Apply Changes
This should reset your shipping
Here are some screen shots, that I posted for another seller (US) who wanted to make changes in International shipping..
Hope this helps

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
