I’m very new here, and trying to stock my booth, but when I try to update my booth, Bonanza keeps telling me to confirm my phone number. I be happy to if I find out how. I’ve looked all over and can’t find where to do that! I could not find any help topics on it either. Can anyone direct me on how to do this? Thanks! Dan

Hi @Acme_Trading,
Welcome to Bonanza! Sorry to hear about the trouble. When you try to update your booth from the “Add or edit items” page, you’ll be directed to verify your phone number.
You can verify your phone number from the following [URL removed]

If you continue to experience issues, please let us know at support@bonanza.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Scroll down…enter phone number
and option to confirm should come up once # is entered

Hi Katy and ccmom,
Thank you both! I may have found the problem. The Bonanza site may be somewhat browser sensitive??? I was using Internet Explorer during the hours I was trying to solve this. I got up the next morning with the idea of trying Microsoft Edge instead. BOOM! The Verify phone number page I was routed to, now had a box for entering and sending my phone #. I’m all good now, but you might want to check into the browser sensitive issue.

None of this works and Bonanza does not seem to care
This site is clearly not for Canadian sellers.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
