Huge question for the boss

So ebay is having some MAJOR problems – my question is – their computer is obliterating 30 day items – they are nowhere to be found once they expire. There seems to be no work around – question is will I lose them here too?
I could start manually loading soon to be expiring items by hand if need be but what about if they are already listed here – will they disappear?

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi DazzleCity!

Thanks for the info regarding the 30-day items being removed from eBay. We’ll do some research on our end to figure out what’s going on exactly. If your items are being moved into your “unsold” folder, you’ll want to make sure you edit your importer settings so you allow us to import items from that folder to your booth.

If you would like to send us an email to support@bonanza.com, we’ll assist you in getting your importer settings set up correctly to import unsold items and we can go over a few things that can help bring more views & sales your way :)

Now I can’t even print shipping labels – just don’t understand why the ebay buyers are flooding over here – there’s so many problems there – AND my items are a bit more affordable here. I’m a shopper too – I search for the best deals.
