Yes, you do have to use a different email for each booth/account. However, you CAN use the same PayPal email address to accept payments for multiple booths/accounts.

I wonder if this might be a change in recent years? At one time, I had two booths; one was exclusively for books; the other was general merchandise. I’ve only ever had one email account, although the two booths had different names – or am I not understanding the question? (The booths did have different names, though.)
