I have made several requests for tracking information on a missing item. What can I do now

Check your purchase history (Recent purchases under the Account dropdown menu) to see if the seller uploaded the tracking information. If it’s not there, you have to contact the actual seller of the item. If you get no response, then contact Bonanza customer service at support@bonanza.com
