The column descriptions for the things I’m having trouble with from my supplier’s CSV file are as [URL removed]
“ID – The id of each parental item. This is a “group” identifier. Items with the same ID are related. For example, rows indicating individual sizes of the same t-shirt will have the same ID but different SKUs”
“Group ID – Related skus have the same “GROUP ID” in the file. For example, SKUs for sizes small, medium, large and x-large of the same t-shirt will all have the same “GROUP ID” but a different sku for each size.”
When I upload the file I get a message saying
“[URL removed] 2072 items were skipped because an item with the same id is already being imported”I think this means it is only importing one size for each of the different groups of shirts rather than all of the sizes available for each shirt group. Is this something I can fix with the custom column mapping or can anyone suggest the best way to get it to accept all of the items? I took a class in college learning how to work with office files but it was years ago and any knowledge I gained about CSV files is escaping me now that I need it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you using the format bonanza provides for csv or something else..each ID needs to be unique..so you may have to change the your file headers to fix this
maybe this will help
