We’re sorry to hear that you need to return an item. At this time, there is not a form for buyers to fill out to initiate the refund process and since the seller sold you the item directly, they’ll need to send you a shipping label to your personal email address. You’re unable to attach/send photos, files, etc. to Bmail messages.
