They will take UP to 19 pct of the selling price plus the price of any shipping (if shipping is over $10.00) You get a free pass for the first $10 of shipping that you charge as far as the percent fee.
The 19 pct charged is depending on where the sale came in from as far as advertising (but it could be less) however, that being said, Best to figure that it will be the 19 pct.

They will take up to 19% of the value of the item. Here is an example. If you sell an item for $40 and you have a shipping fee of say $15. The value is the sold price plus anything over $10 in shipping. In this example, the total value of the item is $45. The most they would charge is $45 × .19 = $8.55. For me I haven’t seen a charge less than the full amount taken.
If you do sell an item, one way to see what percentage you were charged is to look at your sold items. I put a red box around my example below showing a 30% charge.
