Good morning,
In an effort to take customers from one department to another within my booth, I want to add a link to a specific category (department). Not item, but category (department). Promoting from within so to speak
For instance, this item has a couple of links. https://www.bonanza.com/listings/Swarovski-Swan-Signed-1998-Breast-Cancer-Compassion-Brooch-Limited-Edition-Mint/[phone number removed]
One works perfectly, the other not, and I can’t figure out why.
Here’s what [URL removed]
The first link “Can I interest you in”, when you click this link, it takes you where it says “Showing 535 items …”, yet it is only showing 24 item and no next page or scrolling pages. That’s it, 24. What happened to the other 511 items?
The second link “I have thousands…” this one takes you directly to my booth first page showing all 2200+ items, and all items are visible via scrolling pages, as it should.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I seem to be losing some hair trying to figure what the problem is.
Any and all help would be appreciated.

Happy Monday everyone!
I just tested this on my end and after clicking the first link we were directed to your booth and we see "Showing 535 products in “Health & Beauty” so it seems everything is working properly.
Let us know if you run into any other troubles with your categories.

I think I see the issue… I experienced it early on in creating my booths. I think you may have exceeded the number of Custom Booth Categories. These all your top-level as well as your sub-category custom categories. Here’s a thread on this topic, with a response that I received from Tier 2 Bonanza support.
Note that once you exceed 100 categories… things may not function properly. From a quick look at your booth… I think you’re past that point. I experienced the same thing when I was setting up my store. The fix is to reduce your number of categories to the 100 range (I think I ended up with 102 and was ok).
A temporary solution is you could change your link to search based on a search keyword like [URL removed]
By being category independent, it looks like that works properly. Of course, it also pulls up your other listings that mention “perfume” in the description text. Anyway,I hope that helps!

I just looked at Swarovski Swan Signed 1998 Breast Cancer Compassion Brooch Limited Edition Mint, and went to the link to perfumes. I got 535 images. Didn’t count them, but there were many pages. So that one must be working correctly.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
