after starting an import of my ebay items i got this message on the next day :
Your booth is on hold due to duplicate items.
Oh no! We noticed that you have an existing booth with the same exact items. Please review the message we sent you. Once you have had a chance to remove the duplicate items please contact us at support@bonanza.com so we can get you back online!
I only have one user, and ne imported or made any product listing
What is the reason?

You know Your items and eBay listings, so You can make few searches here to find this booth with Your duplicated items.
And it doesn’t matter, whether You make Your products Yourself or You are a reseller.
If You write Your own descriptions, titles and upload Your photos, then nobody else have the right to copy them.
If You both resell the same items and have the permission to use the producer’s stock photos, then each seller should use at least his/her own descriptions and titles.
So, You really need to contact B. support to solve this case.
