Inventory file importing for 10 hours now?

My inventory CSV file that has about 2800 items has been in progress for about 10 hours now. I do have a really slow connection where I am today but even considering that, how long is too long or longer than it should be taking and if it never finishes is there a way you can send cancel it or something?

I only had about 150 listings to import from ebay last week and it took between 36 & 48 hours to import them. There are many new members importing their listings right now and it does take time. Be patient and DO NOT cancel the import or you will be right back at square one starting all over again. Let it run its course and they will be imported.

Also imports may only do one picture per item in the initial import but the others pictures will follow in due time. As you said, be patient and don’t start over.

thank you for the advice. I wound up contacting support and they cancelled it for me. It does say somewhere that after so many errors the importer will give up and I guess that was the case for my. back to square one figuring out how to get everything imported correctly
