I do not have anything set up saying I need to approve orders, and took off international shipping because every time I had an international sale, I had to approve it, then the listings ended and the people never paid, so no more of that.
Now, I get emails that say I have to approve an order, and when I look at it, it says, itemXXXX 11.00
shipping 3.75
_______————
total 11.99
Approve this order
Is this some way of buyers to ask for free shipping? I have it set up for no offers, so I am not sure why I get these.
Any ideas?

Hi there,
Sorry to hear of the troubles you’re having with recent orders. If you do not have proper shipping set up, then you’ll need to approve your customer’s order before they can complete the checkout process. So, if you’re using calculated international shipping and you don’t enter the weight, then USPS can’t apply a shipping amount to that listing, which creates the shipping not being set up completely. If you don’t want to approve your orders from your customers, you’ll need to make sure your shipping settings are set up completely.

Not sure if this helps solve the issue but I recently got the same thing asking for an approval and I have never shipped international and have my items set up for No Approval ever needed. That is why I was surprised when it happened.
Seems what it turned out to be was that it was a new Buyer and all they had set up on their account was just the ZIP CODE and NO name or address. I approved the order and told them I need them to set a name and address on Bonz (which they did) and the sale went thru. Perhaps your issue is something similar.
