Hello,
I am new to Bonanza and I wanted to reach out to some seller via the messaging system in Bonanza.
I tried to contact a few sellers and the messages are not appearing in the “sent” tab in the account dashboard.
Is it something that I am missing? Maybe new users can’t send messages? Sent messages are not appearing until the seller has answered?
Any help would be appreciated,

There used to be a limit on how many messages a new member/seller could send. At one time when new people would sign up they would flood the bmail system with promotional messages, so a limit was placed for new members.

How many emails can I send in a day?
We don’t reveal the exact number for security reasons, but here are some [URL removed]
Users that have been registered for longer without having incidents reported can send more messages
If users appear to be receptive to what you have to say, you’ll be able to send more messages
Generally speaking, if you find yourself hitting the messages per day limit, you might not be using Bonanza mail in the way it is intended (see next question). Very few users do.
