Must accept payment from buyer on paypal

I am not understanding this. I woke up this morning to a sale which I was thrilled. Got an email from Bonz saying that I have to accept the funds in order for them to be transferred to paypal which I found strange as I never have had to do that before. On my Bonz sales link it is showing that the sales is pending until I accept it? Since when does Bonanza do that? I Went to paypal, and they told me I needed to verify my bank account which I have had for years. So, I went through the procedure to verify it again and it told me I had to add another account. What bothers me is that the buyers money is pending and I’m wondering is this going to happen with every sale I receive on Bonanza? If it is, there is no point in me keeping this booth.

That is a paypal thing..and not bonz..they can only do what PP tells them…may want to discuss it with a PP.. rep..also to ensure that it is buyer PP account issue

Also check to see if the buyer is international

If you do not have your PP account set up to accept Only US currency, then you will have to go to PP and either accept (and pay conversion to USD fee) or decline the funds.

That is another possibility for when such a message is received

Thanks for your info and help. I’ll deal with Paypal. I have had a paypal account for 10 years and sold on ebay etc… and never had this problem.

I just saw that the buyer is unverified so I am assuming that this is why I received that message.
