When I look at my booth, I see message

Whoops. There was an error.

Failed with error #563. Please contact support@bonanza.com for more information.

I contacted support@bonanza.com, but got no response.

Please help to resolve this issue.

I took a look and it appears you just need to start adding listings. Maybe support took care of the problem and failed to let you know. And, you might check you email spam folder to see if their response is there. Good luck and welcome to Bonanza.
