Hello everyone,
We are brand new to Bonanza but not to online selling. We used to do ebay and have a shop on Etsy currently. Our booth is up and running and the views look pretty good but no sales yet. When I do a search in my booth or in the selling dashboard I get a message that shows me the number of items found and the category (active or inactive) but no way to see that item. It doesn’t show on the search page and if you click the category it just takes me back to my booth. What am I doing wrong or not seeing?
This second part is trickier I’m sure. I have 200 reviews on Etsy (we haven’t sold on ebay in forever so most of my feedback from there is too old to really be any good) and all of my reviews except one or two are 5 stars. Now how do I let my Bonanza customers know that I’m not new to selling on line and I’m trustworthy? I worked hard for all those reviews and it just bites that I can’t use them to build my brand here.
Any suggestions or help would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks

Bonanza search is very picky. If you are searching for an item it has to be the exact word and if using multiple words they have to be in the same order. I suggest not putting in any search words. You can then use the categories to narrow down items in the add edit screen. You can also go directly to your booth, click on an item and there is an option for you to edit it.

I can sort of help on the search/view. This is the email I sent to CS back in [URL removed]
“[URL removed] searching booth Good morning, I’m not sure if you are aware of this, but thought I might send a note just in case. I’m presenting this as a buyer, not a seller. When in a booth, and say I am scrolling thru the booth, and say I am now on page 2. There is a section where it says “search booth”. Are you aware this search ONLY searches THAT page, and not the booth. I have tried this in several booths to have the same results. see attached PDF As a seller, this is disturbing. As a shopper, if I am on any page, and decide that “Oh, I wonder if they have XXXX”, I would use the first search option I could find. If the search comes back with something like the attached (VERY CONFUSING), there is a very good chance I just might go somewhere else. The only time it searches the entire booth is on the first page. How do customers know this? They don’t and that is the purpose for this email. And why would they. It makes no sense to have “search booth” when in fact it only searches the page you are currently on. Thank you for your time and I really hope this can be fixed. I have tested this in several booths. The results are the same."

I cleared my cache, re booted and all is good
I hope this helps

Ad 1) Once_Again has provided a detailed answer, so, I hope, You will be able to solved the problem.
Allow me to add that I’ve just checked in Your booth and found the search working properly on my end.
I’ve searched for the ‘bean pot’ and it appears on the result page and I could enter this item’s listing immediately.
Ad 2) You can import Your feedback from eBay (up to 5000):
https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/general_selling/feedback_importer
Welcome to Bonanza and good luck!
BTW, this is Your “selling dashboard” https://www.bonanza.com/selling_dashboard, where do You search there?
There is no internal booth search on this page, only the general (main) B. marketplace search box.
Unless You mean Your ‘edit page’ https://www.bonanza.com/booths/Treasure_By_Demand/edit

I’m still looking for answers or ideas on how to let customers know that I’m really not a newbie. How do I use my reviews from Etsy?

Bonanza currently does not have a way to import your feedback from etsy.
You can always put in your profile/about me that you are a long time online seller and that you have ________ feedback from etsy.
