No response from seller

Hello,
I’m new to this site. I purchased a couple of items from a seller. I have tried contacting them twice and have not gotten any response. The items are still not showing that they have been shipped. How do I go about getting this matter resolved?

The seller may not have checked messages/emails yet? Perhaps they do not work their Bonanza booth on weekends, or they may be traveling due to the holiday season.

Another thing to consider and [URL removed] Did the item listing indicate how many days it would be before the item was shipped out by the seller? Some sellers only ship items a couple times a week.

If the seller is not responding, you should contact Bonanza Support at support@bonanza.com .

They may be able to intercede on your behalf.

See tomwayne1's booth

It does indicate a shipping date of december 20th. It also shows the date the seller was last active which was after I tried contacting them. I will reach out to bonanza support and hopefully get some answers from there. Thank you for the response.

Christina, if it shows a shipping date of 12/20, it would not show up yet as being shipped. Check back the evening of the 20th or the 21st, to see if they shipped on the date they gave you.
