Not seeing search attributes added to items

Hi, I’m new to Bonanza and have tried to add extra search attributes to some of my stock through the search optimise facility. However, after doing so they are not appearing in the Item Search Attributes Listed below each item. Am I missing something? Am I miss understanding what is supposed to happen?
Would be grateful for all you familiars to Bonanza for any advice. Many thanks.

Not sure what you are adding, but your items appear to have quite a few item traits added.. I see item traits, but I do not see Item Attributes

Please note attributes [URL removed] Brand, mpn, upc or isbn (books), and [URL removed] new/used. These attributes are the one required by google (and can be added in the items traits section of batch edit or in the Search Optimize section of batch edit)

Other attributes accepted as attributes year, and size as in fashion items

All the others are Item Traits are things that help with [URL removed] color, size, gender, material, etc.

To see what attributes you have on your items
Go to Batch Edit
Search Optimize

to add attributes through this method, the attribute needs to be in this format..they must be in the double brackets [[….]]

[[[URL removed] Name]] enter brand name

*[[[URL removed] enter manufacturer’s product number

*[[[URL removed] enter upc number this will be converted automatically by bonanza to the gtin

These can also be listed when editing the listing under the item trait sections

Scroll down to see your attributes for each listing that is sent to google

To see Item Traits
Batch Edit
Item Traits
Click on big green button for all items or select only those you wish to add/change

Scroll down to see the items traits entered for each listing

These as well as attributes are what is seen in each of your listings when you use this method
