Hi Everyone!
I just had an order where the Calculated Shipping was off by quite a bit, {$5.00}. I want to give the Buyer a refund for the overage, but can’t find out how. I greatly appreciate any help with this.
The Buyer paid by Credit Card, Direct Checkout.

Unfortunately, direct checkout is not set up to do partial refunds. You can include a check in the package, or ask the buyer if you can send a refund to their PayPal account. Or, I suppose, you could refund in full and send buyer a corrected invoice for them to pay from.
