Pending payment

Hello,

I had an order that says “pending payment” in a really small corner thst I just realiced, what should I do? I have contacted the buyer but just wondering if it happends to you before. Just Im litle worryed and I think Bonanza should tell me if there us any problem with the payment before I send it…

@filblanc, congrats on your almost sale! Adding one more possibility. The currency of the transaction may require you to log into PayPal to accept the transaction. Another thing, there is an “i” icon just to the right of the payment status that has a pop our window that provides a brief explanation.

I check in my settings in I look loging in my paypal account, so I do really dont undestand what else can I do.

Send an invoice and give a number of days before you cancel the order.
Never ship an item that is not paid in full.

The only time you would have an item that says Pending Payment would be for an OBO

1) OBO (or best offer) which you would then have to approve or deny..if approve then the buyer has to return to complete checkout…(contact them)

2) the buyer is not in a country that you have shipping set up for..in that case you should see a link in you email/or on invoice to add in the shipping costs..if you decide to sell to the buyer and send their location…(contact buyer with complete costs and see if they want to continue with the sale)

3) the buyer does not have complete information (ie shipping information)…check invoice to see if all necessary mailing information is on invoice (contact buyer for details)

IF any of these are not the case of this order..then try contacting the buyer and/or bonz to find out what is the problem

In any case…these should be listed on the Selling Dashboard as either
Open Offers or Other Offers and NOT under sales..that is how you know that they are not complete
