Is there any option to force the customer to put their phone number in case there are problems when it comes to delivery of your order ???

No, there is not. You could send them a message (through Bonanza Mail or get their regular email address from PayPal records) and simply ask for the phone number.
However, two things could [URL removed]
1) The buyer won’t give you a phone number, or
2) The email address they used for PayPal payment may not be an email address they use for correspondence. It may be one used only for PayPal payments/refunds.
