I am so new to Bonanza that I haven’t opened my booth yet!I have made several product videos & only one video will play.Ideally, I would prefer to have the videos in the actual listing. However,I don’t think this is possible on Bonanza(?) Also, I have a nice banner photo for my booth which looks like crap because the photo is currently too “narrow “. I submitted a photo of the same size the site suggests but it still will not go the entire length needed ( hope I’m making sense!).”Cropping Tool” doesn’t seem to work.Would be grateful for any advice and/or feedback. If I can’t get these issues fixed, I don’t see the point of having a booth on Bonanza. In my opinion, having a booth that looks “half assed” gives a potential customer the wrong impression. Bonanza Support hasn’t been very helpful either. :(

Sorry you are having difficulties getting your Booth up-and-running.
1. You can have videos assigned to your booth, but videos cannot be placed into listings.
2. Your booth banner has to be within the size limits. The ideal size is 960 × 400 pixels. Anything that is not in that proportion (ratio) will either be cropped or stretched. Or, you will end up with a small banner in a big banner space. You may need to use a photo/picture editor to create/crop to the correct proportion prior to uploading the image.
3. Cropping of photos in your listings was offline for a while, but is now working.

Welcome to Bonanza.

Well, Bonanza gives You a possibility to have everything correctly set. It’s up to You to slowly get familiar with all nice available features and use [URL removed]

Now, as far as Your banner is concern. If a ‘nice photo’ doesn’t fit properly, this probably means, that for some reason, its dimensions are not as the suggested (Tom has provided above the required format).
Do You have this photo posted somewhere online – Pinterest, G+, etc.? so we can check its dimensions?
If not (and since You don’t want to place a booth online yet), You can try to make some adjustments.
First of all, decide, how big You would like Your banner.
It can be 960×400 pixels, but some of us prefer shorter (i.e. in vertical size, how high You want it to be), e.g. mine is 960×284px, Tom’s 960×190px, and so on.
As You may noticed, all of them have 960px length (in horizontal level, left to right on the screen).
It doesn’t mean Your content/graphics on the photo has to be 960px, it’s the total dimension of Your added picture has to be 960px.
It would be extremely helpful, if You could add the original dimensions of Your photo, so I could place it accordingly.
For now, use this as an example – here is the empty photo 960×400 pixels (later You always can cut out of 400 px, if needed):
![URL removed]
- download it (I’ve added green lines within the dimensions, so You can see, where the picture ends)
- open it in a simple photo editor e.g. Microsoft Paint (it’s a free editor, if You use Windows)
(OR – You don’t need to download it, You can also open by Yourself white space 960×400px)
- now open Your photo and copy it
- paste Your photo to the greenborded banner and place it, where You would like it to be.
- if Your photo is smaller (and it has to be, since it was not correctly appearing before, as You wrote too “narrow“), place it to the top of my picture and exactly in the [URL removed]
![URL removed]
The “red photo” in the above example is 774×230px
- save it
- shorten the bottom of my picture until You reach the bottom of Your photo. Since Your photo is smaller, there will be white spaces on the left and on the right of Your picture.
You can leave them (just remove green borders) or, depending on Your banner content, You can fill them with similar color or some part of Your picture).
If You leave them white, the banner will look online more narrow than 960px, BUT Your photo will be perfectly clear, as on Your PC [URL removed]
![URL removed]
All the above apply, if Your photo is less than 960 in length (horizontal) and assuming it’s also shorter than 400px (vertical).
In case it’s higher than 400px, first You need to cut it at least to 400px and then add it to my first empty photo (greenborded).
Good luck!

By the way, who knows what are the normal video editors with a simple interface?

I like those myself, because everyone used to tell me to use either Vegas or Premier, but I can tell you for sure that’s not what I liked, it was extremely inconvenient to use. And I couldn’t do it exactly the way I wanted to do it. Then I found this [URL removed] , the interface is much easier and more convenient, besides, I was able to find a lot of features. Suitable for those who need to quickly, but with high-quality editing to upload to the channel. I can handle several videos because of the fast rendering.
