So, most of my sales on Bonanza in the past year have come from eBay. But, I do have three, and recently a fourth. On my most recent sale (today), in leaving feedback, I was prompted to leave a star rating — the first time for me. I didn’t see any options, but when I moved the cursor that the star area, it rolled me through options Bad, Fine, Good, Excellent, and Great. I chose Great and left very positive feedback for my customer. When I looked back at his feedback (I was his first), I was mortified to discover that Great is evidently a 4 star rating, because it came up as a 4. I did go back in and try to edit it, but I don’t think editing works for the star ratings. I also noticed that I have 2 “one star” ratings and 2 “three star” ratings. When I click on them, I see a message that I do not have any “one star” ratings (same with the three star). Wondering why they are there.

Regarding the one star and three-star ratings you’re seeing, those are converted ratings that were imported from your eBay feedback. Any negative ratings from eBay will be converted to Bonanza as a one-star rating, while a neutral rating converts to a three-star rating. Hope this clears a few things up!

You can only edit star ratings that are 1, 2, or 3 stars. Your earned stars (on cr319a) also include feedback from eBay. There is a conversion that takes your eBay ratings and assigns positive feedback 5 stars, neutral feedback 3 stars and negative feedback 1 star. Add the totals for each star and you will see that it matches the number for all feedback (imported from eBay and Bonanza feedback).
