Bonanza customer service has been terrible and keeps asking me to reach out to the seller, which I have. The seller won’t return my messages and my item still hasn’t shipped.

First off check to see if your seller is actually located in the US..if the seller is not realize it may take as long as 3+weeks to get an international item…
Listings should show where they ship from
Go to PayPal (more than likely you used paypal..)
Find the invoice your your purchase
..and file a claim for item not received.
and also file a complaint with Bonanza..
