Someone just used a coupon on an item in my store. It’s a fairly expensive item and now I’m getting a little more than half of my asking price. I think they got it from one of those coupon sites that gives out promo codes. Does Bonanza reimburse us for this or is it just something we have to put up with?
[URL removed] I don’t have any active coupon codes and have never had any. I just sent an email to support and will leave another edit here when I get a reply just in case any of you deal with the same thing in the future.

If do not have any coupons active (look under booth settings Discounts and Coupons) then they should not have been able to use a coupon.
If it is a Bonanza promotions (see under advertise items) the discount should have only been as much as your final value fee should have been, which is then reduced/not charged (ie the price reduction is no more than the fee you would have paid)..
The other option is that it is an OBO (an offer and I checked you do have OBO set up on some items). IF so then the transaction is not complete until you either except and the person pays or deny..then the whole thing is cancelled
It should say on the invoice whether coupon or bonanza promotions/or and offer..
if you do not have coupons set up and it is a coupon, contact support..
As for what you wish to do..find out if you are being charged a FVF or if somehow you got an active coupon/or if it is an Offer..
otherwise you can cancel the order it you like…

Ouch!
Do check your coupon codes. Could you have used it in the past, and forgotten to deactivate it? Perhaps it was just meant for one person, but was guessed by someone else. It’s very important to deactivate a coupon, because even if meant for a special deal with someone, if not, someone will always find it.
