This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi Chris,

After reviewing your order, we see that your seller is shipped the item from China. The USPS tracking number won’t update until it clears customs. We like to use this tracking website for items that are shipped [URL removed] [URL removed]

You should see an update when you enter your tracking number on site above. Hope this helps!

Ada, you need to make a new post to ask a new question. or contact your seller.

need to realize where your item is coming from..if there is no tracking update..it is probably on way across the ocean and will not update again until it passes customs…

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
