Try to cancel account

The only reason I made an account was to sell one item to one buyer. I did not know there would be so many fees and having to pay for the shipping label. I want to cancel but it says I owe a $0.50 fee but idk how to pay it so I can be done with this site. Does anyone know what I should do?

I’m going through the same thing. I owe .63 on one listing sold on Ebay? I’ll gladly pay it, but can’t and want to cancel my account.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi CiannaD,

We’re sorry to see you go! We went ahead and activated the payment button on your Billing Statements page. Once you log into your account, you can go to Selling > Billing Statements and you’ll be able to pay off your fees.

Before you cancel your account, you must first cancel your seller booth. You can cancel your booth by pointing your mouse over the “Account” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page and selecting “Account Settings” from the drop down. Click on the “Seller settings” tab on the navigation tool bar to the left side of the Account Settings page. Scroll down to the “Pause or cancel your booth” section and click the link to close your booth.

Once you have canceled your booth, you can cancel your Bonanza account from the “Account > Account settings > Other options” page. There are a lot of great alternatives out there and we wish you the best of luck. Feel free to come back anytime you like!

Dear Cianna D., it’s a pity, You haven’t checked B. fees structure before Your [URL removed]

If I may suggest, why don’t You keep Your account, maybe You will again have something to sell in the future…

B.’s cost to accept less than $3 fees would be, relatively, very high.

I use a different site to sell things. I would never use this site again. So I did not want lingering fees on an account I do not use.

Collect your daily rewards and once you get to 500 points you can use it to clear the 50 cents.

A2z4u2c has a good idea, It will take you 50 days of logging in and claiming your Rewards points, but in that time you may find out more about how Bonanza operates and may change your mind (or not) about selling here again.

To collect your rewards go to your Account Dashboard (link top left), scroll down to Rewards link and click on the claim your daily rewards link.

It is a great site and I did get sales while I was selling here. I’d still be selling on B except my shipping/inventory software Shipping Easy will not directly interface. We stopped selling on Bonanza because we no longer have time to cut and paste shipping info. That is the only reason.
