Dear Bonanza team,
I would appreciate your assistance with the following :
I have downloaded the inventory from my shop in order to update prices on bulk. But, once I change the price on the csv file and import it back, it duplicates the items and doesn’t allow to change the price status. So, I find I have duplicated items in my store and unchanged prices.
It’s important to indicate that I have checked the force update filed but it still continues to duplicate the items.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Talia S. A

Check here info, how to set a [URL removed]

To change particular items’ prices, instead of “Apply [URL removed] %”, choose there (Batch edit —> Item basics) the “Set [URL removed] $” option.

Hi,Artists thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately the solution you have suggested only changes the price list and doesn’t include the total variations we offer the customers such as sizes or colors. At the moment, when a customer wants to order her sees only the old prices. Is there any way to solve this issue via CSV file as we requested. Once again, thank you for your help.
Talia,
S. A
