So I found Bonanza to be a worthwhile investment for over a year. I would normally garner enough sales to cover my rent on my office space and sometimes the utilities. That all ended in December 2022. I went on vacation and placed my booth on a hold like I do every year. This year, however, was very different. After I returned, I didn’t see a single sale in January. I reached out to support and was told “Ohh, we have a glitch in our Google shopping feed related to vacation holds.” My sales have never recovered. I still am getting more sales off of Truegether than here.
Here’s my [URL removed] If you KNEW there was problem, why didn’t you inform us by blog post, or by putting a note on the vacation hold page? For a marketplace that claims to care about it’s sellers I want you to know I DO NOT feel valued or cared about.

I just returned from vacation hold and after reactivating my items, I discovered that more than 25% of my inventory have been rejected by Google Shopping saying the image links are not working. Not sure if one relates to the other, but it seems odd since none of my images had problems before the hold, and they are all the same images.
