I can mail 6 paper items that when combined weigh one ounce. I can mail these flat paper items for .49 in a small envelope. I can’t find a calculated shipping profile that would work. I don’t want to charge for shipping a first class mail package for $3.00 – People will buy more for a lower shipping rate. Ebay doesn’t have a good method for this either. Ecrater, however has an awesome set-up that works.

Use flat rate shipping not calculated shipping. Just add the amount in and you don’t have to pick a service. Or another option is to just add the shipping in the price and put in free shipping

Hi [URL removed] I don’t use calculated shipping because I do a lot of papercrafting and other lightweight crafting. I add the shipping cost of my choice as flat rate. I also offer combined shipping for my shops by setting it in my Selling Dashboard, Booth Settings, Discounts & Coupons, Combined Shipping Discounts, Flat Rate Shipping.
Hope this helps and good luck!
