You need to contact the seller that you purchased from.
If they do not respond back to you in so many days, then you can open a dispute with paypal.

The mailman sent it back because my name wasn’t on the mailbox. What do I do now? I’ve contacted the seller. Do I just wait? I need to have it sent back to me under the name in the mailbox.

Contact the seller and tell them that you still want it, and you have to have it sent addressed this [URL removed] XXXXX name of owner, then put %(in care of) your name then address,etc. You will ost likely have to pay for shipping costs to the owner again if you still want it.
